In 2013, the PIM Initiative launched a field mission of naturalist inventories on the Archipelago of Lérins, situated in the bay of Cannes (06). In this framework, explorations being about different taxons were conducted. The objective of this study was to complete and to improve the knowledge already acquired on the flora and fauna of this territory still little known.
At this occasion, the chiropterologic population spent time in the Saint-Honorat island was so highlighted showing in particular the presence in shelter a species included in Annexes II and IV of the European Habitats and Species Directive, Schreiber’s Bent- winged bat Miniopterus schreibersii.
