Every year, from May to July, PIM Initiative, Conservatoire du littoral and SMILO are committed to promoting the small islands of the world through an annual event with a flagship week from 21 to 27 May.
A multitude of actors involved in the protection of island areas are mobilizing to organize small and large initiatives for all audiences, with a single objective: to promote the protection and sustainability of these territories.
Each year, the theme of the event is set around a theme that allows us to imagine numerous awareness-raising measures: nature outings, conferences, photo exhibitions, technical workshops, waste cleaning, artificial reef dumping, naturalist campaigns, discovery of island wetlands… There is no limit to the promotion of islands!
