Call for tenders : Redesign of the PIM Initiative website
The aim of this service is to optimise the PIM Initiative association’s website in the following respects :
- Overall optimisation of the site: Analyse the entire site to diagnose the various bugs, resolve the problems identified and add/optimise certain functionalities;
- Resource centre: Redesigning the “Resource Centre” page in order to set up a genuine online database that can be consulted by site users and provides access to documents using a keyword search system and drop-down lists;
- Training the team to manage the site: Running a mini-training session for the association’s team, so that they can take charge of the site and its back office and update it independently on a daily basis. Also write a document summarising the main tasks and operations to be used as a “user manual” for the association’s team.
Your proposal must be received no later than 12.00 noon (French time) on 2 May.
