This guide is dedicated to all associations and NGOs working for the preservation of island wetlands
on Italian territory. It answers to the difficulties you are
likely to face, through an analysis of the strategies and concrete actions to be implemented in order to achieve
your objectives. These guidelines have been specially
developed to help you enhance the implementation of Resolution XII.14 of the Ramsar Convention: the
conservation of island wetlands.
Two particular guides are also available for France and International. They outline a specific strategy to link legal tools with stakeholders of island wetlands conservation.
